Warrior Body Elements
Warrior Body Elements is a martial arts training program based on combining simplified elements of Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, to obtain effortless power in technique, to cultivate deep-rooted, long lasting health in the body, and to focus the awareness of the mind.
-Warrior Body Elements is a full combat art that is designed respond to threats with appropriate force, wether in the sports ring, or on the street, and can be tailored to individual needs. Training focuses on martial techniques for striking, takedowns and grappling, and use of classical weapons.
-Warrior Body Elements includes learning and using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) self-care techniques in order to promote healthy longevity, including methods such as Qi Gong, meditation, and self-acupressure. Exercises are focused on ensuring proper healing of injury, old or new, and conditioning the body for optimal strength, flexibility, and durability.
